1General Rules & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bit jili platform and all of its services. bit jili is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details at the time of registration.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing large withdrawals.
• A National ID (NID), passport, or driving license must be submitted for KYC verification.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on bit jili are fully secure and transparent. We support Bangladesh's most popular payment methods with no hidden charges.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• No additional charges on deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed (where applicable).

4Betting Rules & Terms

• If a match or event is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.

• Attempting to manipulate odds by placing bets from multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed during live betting may be subject to subsequent review due to network delays.
• The cash-out feature is available on selected markets and is calculated based on current odds.
• Creating abnormal betting patterns using betting systems or bots is strictly prohibited.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bit jili offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms that must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of your deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 (ten) times.
• The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of registration.

Daily Cashback

• Cashback is awarded on daily net losses (rate: 5%–10%, based on tier).
• Cashback carries no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn directly.
• Cashback is credited to your account automatically every day at midnight.

General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

6Prohibited Activities

• Manipulating the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Bit jili reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If proof of underage use is found.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid funds before the account is closed.
